NS13 = Doma

So yeah. NS13 came about in KoL. Suddenly the happy fun crackadded snark fest is a REAL RPG. AKA, it's harder, more borring and more repetative.
It's like GX. It was random and rediculous and couldn't hold a plotline more than 2 eps to start, but I loved it. It was crack and fun. They they got serious and tried giving it a plot. And we wound up with Spacedolfins.
NS13 apparently was not designed to just be OMG NEW SPARKLY CONTENT! it was designed to somehow balance the game. Things are longer. Things are harder. Things HIT you harder and you can;'t hit back as well.
Balance, huh.
