Dark Seduction : Lost art?

One thing I've noticed with alot of [Yuugiou] rape in fics is that they seem to be misplaced plot devices. Especialy with YBakura/Bakura fics. In most YamiYuugi/Yuugi fics, you'll have the whole the 'darkness' suducing the 'innocent' and then the steamy sex, but in almost every other pairing, you just get the 'innocent' being forced and it's somhow the same?

Has anyone else noticed this? [and has anyone seen any decent BakuBaku seduction fics that don't involve rape? I've found 1... Possibly 2, but it looks like it's going to change, and both were AU fics.]
