Seriously.

They have the tech to play musical 'I KILLZ YOU WITH LALALALA~!' but they can't rebuild the city that somehow magicaly fell to ruin when the teenagers rebelled agaist the adults and split away from the rest of Japan?

Seriously. Battle of the Bands EXTREEEEME version. The only good part was the remix of Toccata and Fuge.

This idoit anime... Starts off with this girl being chased by monsters that look like wanna be vampires in the buffysence who falls onto this performing stage ontop of this dude. they findout she has no memory and she near demands to stay with the dude she fell on, who apparently makes his living with the eXtreeeeeeeem!Battle of the bands thingijigi (only he doesn't kill his opponents, oh nooones.) So, after a spontantious la la la song, his manager says they're going to be a duo and noone seems to care what dude says. So they explaine the battle thingi where you put a whatnot in a hole in your temple and it plugs your brain in and somehow loud music haxorz it or something and makes it go asplode. Instert OMG FLASHBACK that lasts waaaaay to long as chick and dude are loosing to a standard jpop-punkish band til she fiiiinaly starts singing and then her la la las are apparently so powerful it makes the other sides heads not only asplode but gives them confultions and snaps their necks and ectect. And she's nto even singing loudly or anything.

Lips don't even match up the las. :D It's just... bad. :D
