There may be plotting in the works. Involving character death.

Not this month because ahahaha no that would just cause far too much damage, buuut...

This idea is still in proto stages, so any input at all of timing to avoid, methods to avoid, anything that would trigger something not wanted, lemme know now so that they can be avoided early in. Similarly, anything you'd want to get your character to react to with this sorta thing, drop it here.

I still need to come up with an outcome goal for it since there are many possibilities; one being possibly a push towards selfishness, another getting him to stop trusting creepers people of questionable alignment, and poooosibly a strong push to the darkside. Depending. YB parallels are coming up strong and continuing that trend would be fun.

And everyone blame Olesia for this.

For the record, where I would have said no before, I think now that I gave Alastair his power, he'll get through it all right. I worried most about impotent rage before, but now he can actually do something with his grief. So he'd survive and I don't think the long-term effects would be a problem.

And I vote for BAKURA STOP TRUSTING CREEPERS as the outcome.

I am okay with it once Matsuka is through the current dramasplosion stuff and things have settled out with Keith. So basically not before like March.

I also think "stop trusting creepers!" would be an excellent outcome.

I probably won't even be settled on what I want to do before March, so no worries there.

I am leaning a bit towards just helping to bleed that naive moron ness outta his system.

03 will have another EVERYONE I TRY TO GET CLOSE TO DIES reaction and be unable to deal with Bakura's death for a good while except by keeping him at arm's length (nobody said he was the best friend to have). Whether or not he seeks revenge on whoever kills Ryou or simply decides that Bakura needs to learn that lesson alone depends on everything at the time so can't say on that. Also, OOCly, I agree that having him realize that he can't go on trusting everyone blindly will be good (especially since it means he'll finally have to face the fact that at least one of his friends is a cold-blooded killer often sometimes).

Other than that, I haven't any other input--he's your boy, and you should be able to do what you please with him. Kill him when you're good and ready, do it however you like, and have him react afterward however you wish. I can fly with whatever happens /thumbs up

Bakura will be kinda hiding from people for a bit at first two, so THAT WILL GO SO WELL :D

And I have a feeler out for a specific person that I'm waiting to hear back from before I put out a "sooo... who wants to do this thing?"

Also, target date for this is around the 9th o March so he can be back in time for Matsuka's birthday :)

And part of the blind trust should start being addressed before this when he gets ditched in a cave but still not sure when that's going down.

And I'm debating a powershift for him as well, nerfing the healing, balancing his magic so it's not all white magic and possibly getting him a Kaa.
