People, people, PEOPLE! Think! The herbal suplaments industry is a HUGE money maker! If it even LOOKS like this thing is gonna pass, they're gonna lobby the HELL out of it to make it go away! Most farmasutical companies have herbal devisions so I doubt many of them would be lobbying for it either.
And stop acting like there's no such thing as over the counter drugs! That asprin you take every day is FDA regulated! You don't need a doctor's note for that!
