I wish I could see all of Tyler. I have a short OAV of some supplemental episodes. Battle Athletes is HILARIOUS! I highly reccommend, but doubt you'll find it beyond a Honk-Kong.
I'm pretty sure BA was licenced when we saw it so there should be DVDs somewhere.... Saw the OVA and the show [Wow, diffrences. :D Specialy with Anna! :D] The show of Tyler is bounds better then the OVA [or so I've heard, haven't seen teh OVA]
The Tyler OAV is a set of stand-alone episodes detailing the personalities of the crew, and two episodes of good Tyler-ness and the Ralgon Queen (forget her name) I think you'd have to see the series to completely "get" it, but I didn't have much problem with it not having seen the TV series.
