Very mildly, that happens to me. Very odd that there's a syndrom and all for it. I just figured it was a random twich. Noticed a cause/related thing is Anemia. ^^;

Well holy crap. That's exactly what happens to me. I didn't know it was a condition of any sort, though. Now I know why I always have such difficulty getting sleep. Too bad there doesn't seem to be a cure...
