Yes there is. And I've read it. =D Look for the Child of Fate fics on FF.net by Wingleader Sora Jade. They're well-written.
Oh, here's the first fic that you should read. The Bakura/Shizuka fluff comes around the fourth fic in the series. XD

And yes, Bakura is Ryou Bakura. Yami Bakura is Yami Bakura.
So simple, yet the fan things alwyays screw it up. -_- Nooo ooone calls him Ryou. >< Nooo ooone!
And I'm... really REALLY warry of most Bakura fics. very few people can writ ehis character well at all. And I'm also not very fond of Bakura/Shizuka or really any Bakura/girl pairings. I just... cannot picture him with a girl. ^^
