Well a girl wearing that same uniform appears in episode 36 if I remember right, she brings a bag to Daitokuchi in the middle of his class. I wasn't sure if she was supposed to be a student or some kind of assistant, she seemed more like an assistant to me Oo; But where they've been hiding for the past 34 or so episodes before that I haven't a clue XD
Ohh yeah... ANd they're more a golden yellow, and they seems to always be in the assistant sort of role. And it's just upperclassman colour coading too.
