If you want to go strick bible intrepretation, it just says men shouldn't masterbate because they shouldn't spill their seed. Girls have no seed so can have fun all they want and it's not a sin. ;)

The passage that's being referred to (which they didn't cite, actually) is rather ambiguous. It was commonly assumed to be a reference to masturbation, but the problem at hand was not necessarily that--I'll have to find the actual verse and the context. But they eventually came to the conclusion that it wasn't the issue of spilling the seed but because of some sort of familial conflict and so on, so forth.

I hate to point this out, cause...Eewww... but men spill their seed all over the place even when they're having heterosexual sex with a woman. Sex is messy no matter how you do it, or who you do.
