The bloody customer service isn't open to 9PST! >< I fucking HATE this! I don't know what in hell email I used or what UN or PW I used I can'tfigure ANY of this shit out and I got NOT notification this was gonna happen and I thought it just was gonna freaking be auto renewed like eveything else! ARG!
