I baught a thing of batteries for 11 bucks in radioshack in augest, and when the bill came, it was was 60 some odd dollars because I apparenrly baught something the month before, which I never got a bill for.

I called them and they said basicly that they couldn't do a thing. Because noone could tell me what I suposidly baight. After being transfered around for abotu an hour, I get told 'Call back tomorrow' when someone can suposedly access the next level of my account and tell me what I baught. I call back and get put on hold for an hour. I said 'screw this' and gave up on it.

3 weeks later they finaly start calling me and I find out that theonly way I can find out what was bought was to go to the store and ask them.

Things have been so bloody crazy lately, I haven't been able to do so because when I have time, they're closed.

So I finaly say 'screw it' and call them to just pay for the two items, including the one I don't know what it even was or if I baught it and cancle the card.

I bacily get told 'There's fees now'

Repeatedly.

And then get hung up on.

Moral of this story?

Never get a Radioshack charge card. Or CityBank, as they are the ones who run the Radioshack card.

I only got the card because I was supose to get discount on batteries for using it.

Which I never got.


So I'm going into the store as soon as Kristen is ready and will see if the people in the store can do anything since custormer service can't.
