If she wants to say crap about me, fine. It's not worth getting up a blood boiling rage. Everyone knows that it was my cap. The only one she's fooling is herself. She's already agaist me anyhow because of her affialtes [who think I'm evil cause I don't worship her *rolles eyes*] telling her crap. I have intregraty. And there's a good chance her staff is just lieing to her, but being she beleives their word over eveyone elses... *shrugs* Karma.

I will continue working on my page and will probally adjust my watermark to add in KnN over the Ring to ensure this doens't happen again. Perhaps the current watermark was just too subtle. The idea of having to rewater mark has me going 'Ug' though.

*goes off to update her main index and write more of Shay' part of the crossover*

I've had a head-butt with her before too. She used MY japanese shonen jump summary word for word on her website once. I know because it was the old one that had a translation error before I fixed it. I wrote her saying that it was obvious she stole it because I posted it on another board. She replied that one of her staff had posted it. I asked her to take it down. No reply.

Something tells me her staff is the problem for alot of her site... and she seems to ignore many emails...

This really makes me wonder how many others have had this happen to them with her site...

Yeah, her staff is a major problem...they are the reason the YGON-Janime merger failed. I keep poking her to get rid of them, but she seems unable to. It's ridiculous.

Dear Fran, I have been bitten by the Sassar worm, so I will not be online as often until my computer gets repaired (3-5 days they said, urgh). I have just read your journal entry on what's happening with Janime, and have to say, more power to you. It's a shame you may end up re-watermarking a ton of caps, but it's good to see you're not letting her get you down. I will support you through all of this. I have always admired you, and I admire you more, because of the good way in which you are handling this. Keep up the good work,

I don't understand how she can sit there are say that the image she's using as the base for that banner, with the logo stuck on the top, didn't ultimately come from your site.

Your watermarks are sitting there, plain as day, in the corners of the image - it doesn't take much observation to notice that the logos in the 'official' image and the banner image are slightly different in size, the banner image has a wider area (in terms of 'border' around the characters in the image) and other differences besides.

It's not that the watermark it too subtle as such, it's just that it seems some people just don't care that they're there - heck, maybe they think it's some kind of official watermark *L* It's a pity that you maybe have to spend a lot of time re-watermarking your content because of this incident

While I'm not one to undercut someone else's offer (kind of the "schoolyard rules" of the card shop), presuming those are English edition cards and in proper shape, that list alone is more than worth it.
