Ordered something from Sasuga last month. [April 20th to be exact.]

Got this reply:
Francesca:

Thank you for your order. We have two of your books in stock right now, so
we will put these on hold until the rest of your order arrives. We will
email you when we are shipping the books out. It should be about 3 to 4
weeks.

The reply?:

I'm afraid that the books did not arrive in yesterday's shipment, but they
should hopefully be arriving in next week's shipment. We will send them out
to you as soon as they arrive.

Would Kinokuniya work? I think they're supposed to be one in New York, and I know they have a website. That's the one I usually get my manga from.
