Ehhh. I read through that (Marysia showed me the first one). They are dishing out something that's going to be stolen if protection is not taken...but...do they really need to get so snarky about it? Or have "DON'T STEAL" Plastered all over practically every page of their website? A disclaimer is ENOUGH thank you. That's where all the pissy-legalese is supposed to go.
It's a shame enough as it is when web site owners have to get pissy about stolen things and such.
