I found a messageboard out there that I think I like alot...
Insane intelegent mostly my ageish Yuugiou fans who are big on the slashyness.
I've been on it for a few hours and already have people going "Ooo.." on my site and skins.... It makes me feel all appreciated in a way PF never has...
[Random: I hate when I get a jpop mp3 and don;t know if it's listed american name order or Japanese... >< ]
I dunno, I think I'm starting to realize why I get so frustrated with PF...
I really don't have all that much in common with half of the members... I mean, heck, Raya and I didn't even start having extencive chats til we both went 'You like Yuugiou/Yu-Gi-Oh!' ^^ Nerp and I mostly bonded over Cat girls and Inuyasha, Mel I started chatting with cause of Nerp (and the list of WackyCanadians on my BL gew from there)
I always felt so timid on EO... and some of it carried over to PF, in a way... I had my issues of 'am I still a newbie?' even when I was in the top 20 posters list. ^^
Kinda sad... even on PF I felt like an outsider... *laughs softly* Mostly because I barely knew swat about BoF. With the Yuugiou board, I don;t have this problem because I know so much about the show and a decent amount about the manga. I didn't have this problem on the DMode list because again, I was a little nerd.
Oh yes, and amusement/irony... We're probally not going down to NY this weeked. For once, they're having more snow then we are. Judy's dad called to say that they had 4in of snow already and it was still coming down. This mornings flurries stopped at around 9ish and it's all drippy melt here. and on top of all that, Jenchan;s LJ said she was sick. ^^
Should gone down last weekend. ^^; Ah well.
Edit: My only complant about the new board... It's too pale! The backgrouns is all light grey and pale blue! My sig doesn't match the background! >< :)
Edit two: Oh yes, and too all who heard of Ma;s latest mess... The surgery went fine. I feel kinda detached about it. I guess it's not real cause she's down there and I'm up here...
