They;re gonna send a tech. First chick had no idea WTF, thought it might be the DSL filters, sent me to billing. Billing guy went "That oesn't seen very definitive, lemme go find a tech." After much testing and proding the line and catching it when it clicked out (it was solid on for like...20-25 min, little bastid :D) they'll be sending someone down Wednessday to poke it into submission.
