I decided to make sauce today. Set up the onions garlic and oil, ran around doing stuff, put in all teh tomatos and went on to do laundry.
So, 10 hours later, Kristen and I are eating manicotti and I'm sitting there going 'hm. The sauce tastes diffrent then usial. Did I forget the bay leaves or somethung?'
And I pause realizing not only did I forget the bay leaves, I forgot all the spices all together.
