I'm curious, what brough about this rant? Are you playing BoF4 for the first time or something?

Deis wasn't so bad, and she does get a little less bitchy and self-centered later in the game.

Yes, Deis and Myria were sisters, but only in 3. 4 is outside of the continuity, so it's supposedly not the same Deis this time.

Yeah, just got it a couple days ago

I'm thinking it is the same one cause she was comenting about being yoinked over from her world, which one can assume is like... 1-3 [cause Momo comented she felt like she was in a parallel dimention]
