If Shin thinks he has it bad in this Uni.... (A what if)
Shin opened his eyes slowly and wearily.
"He's awake,"
He sat up slowly and an attendant brought over a large cup of water. Eyes half closed he drank, wincing as he was injected with something.
He didn't know what time is was, what day it was, or season, or even year. Everything blurred together. He could briefly get a glimpse of the outside world through the dreams of others, but only briefly.
"My pretty little DreamGazer," a female voice purred.
Shin lowered his eyes, and didn't speak. He wasn't sure if he even could anymore, not that it mattered.
A chilled hand lightly caressed his face and he closed his eyes, wondering what she wanted this time. It was always bad when she visited him.
"I have a special assignment for you," she cooed.
Shin felt the information enter his mind through the mental brand she had imposed.
"It's more a punishment for his brother, but Gabriel is still useful."
Internally, Shin winced. To inflict that kind of damage on a mind that hadn't even be the one who had done the crime... He finished drinking the water and the cup was taken from him.
"Do open your eyes dear, and look at me."
Shin obeyed, looking dully into the eyes of his owner, captor and master.
She stoked the side of his face, bringing a few of the long brown strands of his unkept hair to the front. "I think after your task, I shall clean you up," she smiled.
Shin lowered his gaze, knowing what happened after he was cleaned...
She chuckled, and pushed the thin, pale boy down again. "Sleep now, play later," she smiled as Shin fell asleep.
