He gave a startled exclamation as he flew backwards and his head slammed into a brick wall. He slid to the pavement, eyes closing, body going limp like a marionette whose strings had been cut.
Kosei froze. "Shin?"
The boy didn't move.
"Oh god," Kosei whispered, seeing a small patch of red marring the white of her brother's scalp. "Oh god....."
